At Trader Kam’s, we are committed to delivering authentic, high-quality collectibles. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final. However, we understand that issues can occasionally occur, and we are here to help in those rare cases.
All Sales Final
We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any purchases, including PSA-graded cards and sealed Pokémon booster boxes, except under the following conditions:
Returns Are Only Accepted If:

You received the wrong item

The item arrived damaged during shipping
Return Conditions:
If your order meets one of the conditions above, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@traderkams.com with the following:

Your order number

A clear description of the issue

Photos of the item and packaging
We may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
Non-Returnable Items:

PSA-graded cards (unless damaged or mis-shipped)

Sealed booster boxes that have been opened or tampered with

Any product purchased as part of a special livestream or event
Shipping Issues:
We ship all orders with tracking, a signature required, and protective packaging. If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier directly. Trader Kam’s is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.
International Orders:
International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees. We are not responsible for delays or fees imposed by international customs authorities.
